Altered Pullman, WA police body cam footage? Why?
This is the final minute of the Brent Kopacka police body cam from June 29th, 2022 at the Hampton Inn By Hilton in Pullman Washington in which it appears that one segment of conversation was removed, and in an attempt to fill in the time clock gap that another conversation segment was repeated. Subsequently there are two almost identical statements made by Brent that end in something unintelligible or doesn’t make any sense. Listen very closely at :24 seconds. After he says "I can always hear it though...." Is this just a bizarre coincidence resulting from editing? It sounds like 'Kokaburger'. The officer replies "where was that?" Is it simply a garbled bastardization of his previous statement about the guy getting out of jail for 'murder'? If so, why was this body cam edited and altered? That is not the same as common redactions. When watching on Youtube it helps to slow the speed to 75% and wear headphones. You can turn on CC (closed captions) , but A.I. can't seem to decipher it either. In the repeat segment When he says "I can always hear it though" A.I. hears that followed by "in the pocket", but "cock it" would seem more likely concerning a gun and something you would hear. Why would the officer respond with "where was that?" regarding something he could hear?
