Speculations about 2 other cameras being withheld in the King Rd. neighborhood
During the first week after the quadruple homicides at 1122 King Rd in Moscow Idaho there was some chatter in the news media about a camera at either 712 or 714 Queen Rd. Then the probable cause affidavit mentions seeing a car turn around in front of #52 Queen Rd which is an apartment unit with address 552 Queen Rd. It would be impossible to turn around there even if there weren’t always cars lining one side of that very narrow street.
FBI Agents Rob Hille, who provided all of his observations of vehicles or headlights in the area that night, and Anthony Imel, who attempted to perform vehicle identifications, cannot lie in their affidavits, and nowhere in those documents is the word REDACTED.
I have to think that if these 2 cameras existed that their views showed no more than movements of headlights. If they show more than that, Prosecution certainly doesn’t want them mentioned because they show something that is in conflict with their narrative. Although they may try, they cannot withhold such camera footage from Defense. If they are attempting to claim there are damaged or lost video files, I would expect to see a huge argument and upcoming battle from Defense.
Is Prosecution hiding camera footage in their back pockets that could positively identify any of the alleged suspect vehicle one sightings in Moscow as a 2015 white Elantra that they intend to submit as evidence into trial? No, that would not be possible at this point - and you can bet if they ever had such camera footage evidence they would have been flaunting it and directing every news media whore to report on it.
